Trial testimony links gun to Rigdon in Waechter case

In a Garden City trial, fellow inmate Guebara testified that Rigdon admitted shooting Waechter and that Rigdon posted Facebook photos with the gun days earlier. Jurors heard Rigdon deny police coercion and claim no officer urged him to blame George. Sentencing for Guebara is set for Nov 9. he also faces separate firearm and assault charges.
