County mulls animal shelter plan and funding shift
The commission weighs building a new county animal shelter while seeking regulatory changes. City Manager Halloran says priority is given to shelter construction, aiming to preserve a strong county city partnership. Also on the agenda are property valuation software changes and the aging Sewer District No. 1 lift station, plus a county fuel-management system upgrade with bids opening October 12.
