Travis and Dayna Elliott transformed the former Chatterbox diner into Elliott's Gastro Pub in Tribune. They aimed for a comfortable atmosphere with mostly locally sourced ingredients. Dayna, a former account manager, and Travis, returning to his hometown to help with family business, pursued a foodie dream to blend their favorite foods and drinks in a unique community spot.
