Witness faults Kansas doctor's pre abortion exams
A Kansas physician faces discipline over 11 cases of late term abortions at George Tiller's Wichita clinic. The hearing scrutinizes Neuhaus's use of a computer program to generate reports and whether standards of care were met under the state's abortion law.
