Holcomb council eyes scaled back sewer costs for proposed hotel site
Holcomb city council voted unanimously to issue a general obligation bond not to exceed 450000 contingent on a satisfactory developer agreement with out of state builders. The move scales back an August plan to front 700000 for sewer infrastructure serving a hotel and nearby businesses at the North Big Lone Road U S 50 400 site. Everett Miller owns the land west of the overpass. Lona DuVall of Finney County EDC has courted developers seeking an industrial park near the area.
