Prosecutors dismiss rape and aggravated criminal sodomy charges against 27 year old Jeremy Ward at the request of the alleged victim. Remaining charges include aggravated assault, misdemeanor domestic battery, felony obstruction, misdemeanor criminal restraint, and a rewritten felony intent to terrorize threat. Ward, arrested Friday, is held on $100,000 bond with a Tuesday court date. The alleged crimes occurred at Ward's residence before 2:40 a.m. Friday, and the 21 year old victim sought help at a friend's house. Sheriff James Jarboe noted the initial report.
