Holcomb seeks 13 million bond for district upgrades
At Holcomb Public Schools second and final information session on the 13 million bond proposal, Julie Rupp says she is undecided. The plan funds a 14.5 million construction project across all buildings, including a new high school activity center with a 2000 seat gym, indoor track, secure entrances, security cameras, a tornado shelter, and storm shelters district wide. If approved, construction would start late summer 2016 and finish by 2017, with the remaining 1.5 million from the capital outlay fund.
