Breast friends fight cancer side by side in Cimarron
Megan Kramer and Heather Wright Renick, high school friends both battling breast cancer, call themselves breast friends. Kramer, 33, has inflammatory breast cancer since 29 and uses Herceptin, chemo, radiation, and surgery, while Wright Renick, 34, seeks early detection and undergoes a double mastectomy. Both lean on family and a strong support system as they travel to Houston for treatments and share a motto to fight like a girl.
