Marie May Groves of Hugoton, 93, will be laid to rest Wednesday at Assembly of God Church with burial in Hugoton Cemetery after dying October 20, 2002. Bonnie Ruth Eckas, 64, of Johnson, will be buried at Stanton County Cemetery following a Wednesday service. she served as Stanton County Clerk and chief clerk for the 26th Judicial District. Also noted is Marvin McMichael, 90, of Garden City, died October 20, 2002, with services Thursday at First Christian Church. burial in Valley View Cemetery. Memorials are requested to local church funds or scholarships.
