Lady Buffs volleyball surge under Stecki heads to sub-state
Garden City’s 8 8 start under first year coach Sara Stecki gave way to a 21 14 regular season as the Lady Buffs captured the Western Athletic Conference title in Hays. They head to Dodge City for the Class 6A sub state with a potential state bid on Oct. 28 29 in Topeka. Stecki credits tougher play and fewer crunch time errors for the turnaround.
