KJCCC to vote on roster and scholarship changes
Kansas Jayhawk Conference schools plan a Thursday vote on eliminating roster and scholarship limits for 2017-18 across all sports. The proposal, led by Garden City Community College, seeks to align with NJCAA rules, removing existing limits though football would cap at 85 active players and remove out-of-state restrictions.
