Gas line relocation approved for transload project site
Rural homeowners expressed concerns as the city council unanimously approved a relocation of gas mains owned by WGP-KHC and TP&L at the transload site. TP&L broke ground Oct. 3 on a $14 million facility adding a rail spur and redeveloping land from theConAgra plant area while zoning changes and drainage work drew community scrutiny.
