Mario Jaramillo 25 of 1115 S Safford Street was arrested at 1 39 a m in Finney County on alleged driving while suspended reckless driving fleeing or attempting to elude a motor vehicle accident driving under the influence of alcohol or drugs failure to yield to a stop or yield sign driving on the incorrect side of the roadway and failure to wear a seat belt. Francisco Esparza Jr 28 of Lakin was arrested at 3 85 p m in Finney County on alleged transporting an open container and driving or drugs.
Garden City police report four additional suspects in the October 3 convenience store robbery. Crystal Smith Shane Trueblood Melissa Timberlake and Nichole Black were taken into custody in separate locations and face aggravated robbery and conspiracy charges.
