Religion Briefs: Olathe church folds after foreclosure
The New Day Church Kansas City started by Rev. Jerry Johnston held its last service on Sept. 30 in Olathe area schools. Once tied to a fast-growing megachurch, it closed after 14 million dollars in mortgage and costs were alleged by its lender. Johnston remains active in ministry and TV appearances.
