Lady Busters blank Allen County 3 0 in home soccer win
Garden City Community College women s soccer earned a 3 0 victory over Allen County Community College at Memorial Stadium to push their recent form to four wins in six games. Ana Guevara opened the scoring, an own goal by Allen County followed, and Aileen Gonzales added the final tally as GC3 kept pace in the Jayhawk Conference standings. Thornberry praised Guevara and Gonzales while stressing continued hard play in upcoming dog fights and road tests. The team heads to Hesston College next, then Independence Community College and Neosho County Community College in consecutive road matches.
