SandRidge to open Garden City office in Kansas
SandRidge Energy of Oklahoma City plans a Garden City Kansas office, purchasing land and a former Delta Supply building on West Mary Street. FCEDC president Lona DuVall said staffing levels depend on activity, with SandRidge aligning to the Mississippian Limestone shale plays across the region. DuVall cited optimistic drilling potential and fracking advances as a statewide opportunity, while Holcomb area development and a Dec 12 city council item were noted.
