Carillon bells digitized at local churches
Church carillons use digitalized chimes rather than real bells with preset times and instant play options. Westminster chimes sound every hour and half hour from 9 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekdays and 10 a.m. to 8 p.m. weekends, marking time and celebrations. Pastors describe bell symbolism and historic use, noting tones that echo gospel outreach and community life.
