Sebelius Re-elected Kansas Governor in Easy Win

Doll loses Moran bid in lopsided First District race

U S Rep Jerry Moran Republican won a sixth term with 79 percent of the vote against Democrat John Doll who earned 19 percent and Libertarian Sylvester Cain 2. Doll said he was surprised by the margin and proud of his campaign despite limited funds. In Finney County Doll carried 40 percent while Moran won 59 percent. Doll noted no local help and said he ran mainly because no one else would. He added he would rather lose as a Democrat than win as a Republican.

Morrison ousts Kline from state's AG post
