Kelsey Stimatze of Garden City High School earned the United States Achievement Academy All American Scholar Award after a nomination by Linda Ackerman. Leah Kopper, also a Garden City graduate, received the Dale Dennis Excellence in Education award from United School Administrators and Jostens of Kansas in recognition of citizenship, service and scholarship.
