Oklahoma National Guard unit returns home after Afghanistan tour
Amanda Rees of Caney welcomes husband Nathan back in Oklahoma City as 47 of 450 soldiers from the 1st Battalion 180th Infantry arrive. Four soldiers were injured or killed during the yearlong deployment, including Sgt. Buddy Hugie of Poteau who died. Spc. James Morris and Spc. Joseph Hopkins were wounded. Morris is a Tulsa County deputy. The unit plans to have all 450 back by June and many families celebrate reunions.

At Fort Bragg ceremony about 200 family members attended under tents as 42 Special Operations soldiers were added to the copper wall honoring those who died in Iraq over the past year. Five Korean War names also joined the memorial.
