Iowa officials question origin of soybean rust sample

In Des Moines Iowa officials probed the source of a single leaf allegedly from Asian soybean rust found in southern Iowa earlier this year. The leaf was linked to a Mahaska County bin but federal probes found no rust in surrounding fields and officials cautioned against overreaction.
