Wolf main character a reverse image in KU novella
KU photographer Karen Huntington travels western Kansas seeking the Wolf landmark for Robert Day's forthcoming novella In My Stead. She locates two grain elevators, railroad tracks, and a house in Wolf to illustrate the book, funded by the Kansas Arts Commission and a KU undergraduate research grant. Huntington, a KU senior, previously aided Day's library research and now designs duotone images to accompany Day's Kansas‑centric fiction.
