ROMEOs Ride to Boost Kansas Small-Town Eateries
Richard Kurtz founded ROMEOs to aid mom and pop Kansas cafes with weekly rides by riders from across the state. The group now has about 500 members in five clubs, traveling rain or shine to steer customers to small towns, with recent trips to Sun City Luray Haven and Wakefield. This week they celebrated Gibbo Pierson 85th birthday in Hutchinson, drawing 60 motorcycles to his Cole Street home and shop after 58 years riding.
