A Montezuma man 31 year old Jabez Owen Koehn drowned Tuesday in Lake Quitman Texas. His body was found 30 feet offshore by the Quitman Fire Department Dive Team at 11 22 p m after a 911 call. He had been swimming back from a buoy 50 yards from the bank. no foul play autopsy not performed.
