Mesa appeals grants court ruling on gas contracts
Two appeals by Mesa Petroleum Co of Amarillo and one by Energy Reserves Group challenge district court rulings in Grant Harper and Clark counties. The suits say Mesa and Energy Reserves illegally ended contracts with KPL for gas price hikes.

Craig Regnier 32 of Clay Center transformed a grain bin into a two story residence finished in 1977. The exterior keeps its original look while the interior mixes rustic design with imagination. He notes the round shape may lower energy use and uses circle motifs throughout. The home features an Aztec clock ceiling and a largely single open upper living area with two bedrooms on the main floor.
