Astraea Junior Federated Club Hosts April Meeting
Mrs. Martin Nusser hosted eight Astraea members for the April 21 meeting. Don Fankhatser presented a Bicentennial book review. The book will be donated to the public library. Nusser reported on the KFWC state convention in Wichita April 6 and 7 where the group won state arts and membership awards. Upcoming events include a May 28 membership luncheon at Mrs. Duane Koster home, a swimming party, and a May 12 spring luncheon with officer installations at the Elks Club. The group will sponsor a July 3 popcorn booth at the Country Fair.
