Greensburg Revitalization: Big Well Museum and Twilight Theatre
Greensburg advances a multifaceted revival with a 6 million Commons project featuring a new 400 seat Twilight Theatre and a Kiowa County Media Center. BMIM and Ralph Appelbaum Associates design the museum, with Project Explore integrating resident memories and partnerships including the Kansas City Zoo and Eisenhower Library. The plan targets LEED Platinum and aims to attract tourism while housing a library, museum, extension office, and digital media hub with studios and live broadcasts.
