Garden City man gets two years probation in Domestic case
Yancy Hermosillo 21 was sentenced in Finney County District Court to two years probation after a plea deal on aggravated interference with parental custody domestic battery domestic violence battery and criminal threat. Judge Thomas Richardson warned of prison time if probation is violated. The incidents occurred December 25 2005 at Wendy Acevedos home. an earlier January incident involved taking his son Isaac aged 2 and threats. An AMBER Alert was issued and the child was found unharmed.
