Ganien City Community College board of trustees unanimously approves buying 28 units of Wagner Apartments at 1808 to 1900 E Laurel St for 1.65 million with option to buy 28 more units later. Financing via a two year lease with Commerce Bank not to exceed 1.75 million. Closing by June 20 with tenants given 120 days to vacate after notice.
