Clutter Honored Posthumously for Farming Leadership
The Kansas wheat leader Clutter is remembered for service on many committees and roles including first president of the Kansas Association of Wheat Growers and a Federal Farm Credit Board appointee in 1953. His family recalls his innovation in dryland and irrigated wheat, milo, alfalfa, and seeds, and his community impact before his 1959 murder alongside his wife Bonnie.
