Lions District 17 L elect Rodgers to lead western Kansas
Hugoton Lions Club Secretary Ralph Rodgers was chosen first vice district governor elect for Lions District 17 L and will become district governor in July 2011 after attending the Fort Hays State University convention. He is active in the Hugoton Chamber of Commerce, 4 H, fair board, extension council, American Legion, VFW, Antique Tractor Club, and youth softball.
