Six testify as murder trial opens in Garden City
In a three day second degree murder case, six state witnesses testified on opening day. Floyd Warren Forbes 34 of 1803 Lincoln Road stands accused of shooting Terry A. Collins on Forbes porch last February. Evidence included a large caliber weapon and blood alcohol reading 0.17 percent.
