TekVet owner Dave Robbins says the ear tag maker will hire at least a couple dozen employees between July and September as it relocates headquarters and research facilities from Florida Alabama and South Dakota to Garden City Kansas. Renovations near Garden City Regional Airport support the move with economic incentives from the city and Finney County.
