Voters in commercial wheat states will decide whether marketing quotas remain for 1956. If two thirds vote yes quotas stay with penalties for excess wheat. a no vote ends quotas with price support intact but no acreage-portion penalties. Polls open 8 am to 5 pm at seven locations countywide.
