The Wheatland Electric Co op Reverse Osmosis Water Treatment plant is shut down by a 300 horsepower motor failure on June 10. Garden City Manager Bob Halloran notes a second motor failed earlier this year and is being repaired. The plant will be offline until next week with one motor expected to resume service during the week.
