Teen reports forced sex by 38-year-old man in Garden City
A 17-year-old girl told Garden City Police on Wednesday she was repeatedly raped by a 38-year-old man who threatened deportation. The assaults occurred from December 2000 to January 2001. Police say the girl’s legal status is unclear and the investigation continues with no contact yet made with the suspect.

Two men held in Wichita drive by killing of toddler Lexus Mathis
