Local PA license suspended amid unapproved Botox use
The Kansas Board of Healing Arts suspended Garden City physician assistant Joel Thomas Erskin’s license on an emergency basis amid a lawsuit by the Kansas Attorney General. The suit alleges Erskin used overseas Botox not FDA approved and failed to disclose it to patients. Erskin, Republican candidate for the 123rd Kansas House seat, faces John Wheeler in the Aug 2 GOP primary.
