About 100 southwest Kansas residents joined the fourth Beef Empire Days Cattle Crawl traveling to Wheat Lands Convention Center Golden Dragon Southwind Country Club Samy's Spirits Grant Avenue and Downtown Vision venues. Participants sampled beef dishes with wines and enjoyed socializing and varied flavors. Local participants praised the event and planned to return.
