Raffle draws for Fairfax home to beat high rates

In Fairfax Virginia John Redman and his wife try to sell their five bedroom Cape Cod but face slow demand. They raffle the $115000 house at $100 a ticket with 2000 tickets on sale and Labor Day drawing. Proceeds beyond the price go to a local boys club.
