Judge Mellett Hospitalized During Topeka Narcotics Trial
U S District Judge Arthur J. Mellett was taken to St Margarets Hospital in Kansas City after dismissing a jury for the night. His condition was listed as good as jurors in the Morse Hamilton 54 and Rosa Hamilton 57 case from Topeka resume deliberations today with the court promising a sealed jury outcome if returned before his departure.
