Kansas AG sues Garden City PA over unapproved Botox injections
Kansas Attorney General Derek Schmidt filed a consumer protection lawsuit in Finney County District Court against Joel Thomas Erskin a physician assistant and co owner of Renovo Medical alleging his clinics offered Botox injections with a drug not FDA approved and that he misrepresented himself as a doctor and practiced without proper supervision. The court ordered Erskin to halt Kansas business activities pending the case outcome.
