Sunflower Electric Names New President
Sunflower Electric Power Corp has named Stuart Lowry as president and chief executive officer, effective August 15, succeeding L Earl Watkins Jr. Lowry, 51, has been executive vice president and general counsel of Kansas Electric Cooperatives Inc since 2004. He chairs major state and national energy groups and was chosen after a nationwide search.
