Allawi vows not to interfere with Saddam tribunal ruling
Interim Prime Minister Iyad Allawi said Iraq will not block the Iraqi tribunal from deciding on Saddam Hussein and top lieutenants. He will abide by the court decision on whether to execute them for war crimes. The case centers on the 1991 Shiite uprising deaths and the 1988 Halabja gas attack that killed about 5,000.
