The Kansas Department of Health and Environment cited Chas Foods at 320 S Colorado for food code violations found in November and December. Violations include lacking hot and cold water, insufficient fixture pressure, improper sink plumbing, dirty food contact surfaces, and improper food temperatures. Owner Carol Dillon could not be reached for comment. KDHE notes a hearing must be requested within 20 days, otherwise a notice letter is issued and continued problems could suspend the license.
