Defense seeks immunity in Dillons shooting case
Wichita man Loren Wiseman 21 faces first degree murder charges for the December 6 2014 shooting of Jeremy Pascascio in the Dillons East parking lot. His defense filed a motion January 2 seeking immunity from prosecution claiming self defense, with an evidentiary hearing set for February 17 before Judge Michael Quint. Police say witnesses heard a verbal confrontation as Pascascio challenged Wiseman to fight, with Wiseman firing after counting down. Wiseman was arrested near the Garden City Family YMCA after the incident and his bond was reduced from 900000 to 500000.
