Ad Astra Rural Jobs Act Aims to Boost Kansas Rural Jobs

Rep. Waymaster introduces Ad Astra Rural Jobs Act HB 2168 after studying Missouri program. The measure would offer income tax credits to investors and loans to create or expand rural jobs in manufacturing plant science tech or ag tech, with a 5,000 dollar nonrefundable fee and a 10-year business plan, overseen by the Commerce Department.
