Harness steps down as Windsor preservation chief
FCPA members elected Nading as replacement. Nading, a Garden City chiropractic assistant, aims to stabilize the Windsor Hotel, raise funds, and pursue private investment for a possible 12 to 15 million renovation. Harness helped organize the Alliance and led Windsor efforts, including securing a 2010 TE grant and a 2013 building project contract.
