Paul Guebara 51 faces attempted second degree murder and felon with a firearm charges from the Feb 24 2015 shooting of Raul Tapia 64 in Bancroft Street Finney County District Court judge ruled jurors will hear only that Guebara has a prior felony conviction not the crime.
