Judge finds fraud in Hart wrestler death settlement
A Kansas City judge ruled that a settlement over pro wrestler Owen Hart's death contained overwhelming evidence of fraud and collusion. The ruling targeted the Robb & Robb law firm linked to the case and to a separate plane crash suit involving Gov. Mel Carnahan's family. Hart died May 23, 1999, when his safety harness unbuckled during a ring lowering at Kemper Arena.
