Project Effort earns 3.3 million boost for Garden City
The USD 457 after school program Project Effort received a 3.3 million dollar three year grant from the U.S. Department of Education. It expands to five new sites including Edith Scheuerman Georgia Matthews and Garden City High School. The goal is to broaden activities, raise test scores, and sustain growth beyond the grant term.
